About

I'm Kyle Stewart, an IT Manager based in Abu Dhabi with full ownership of the IT function for a multi-entity organisation of 500+ users spanning the UAE, UK and wider Middle East - including managed services (MSP) and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) responsibility across multiple Azure and Entra tenants.

I took over a low-maturity environment and built its governance, security and endpoint management capability from the ground up: software approval, AI governance, data classification, application control and backup/DR strategy introduced where none existed. I lead a five-person team, control USD 500K+ of annual licensing and vendor spend, and keep deep hands-on credibility across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Jamf, identity and automation.
